N1 Photo Equipment Technician

Primary Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC Photolithography Equipment area. Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment, including troubleshooting and repair for AMSL TWINSCAN, ASML 5500, TELACT8, LITHIUS, LITHIUS PROZ . Provide maintenance for electrical/electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems, scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and other related activities. Complete documentation and train others on equipment maintenance. Communicate effectively using written and verbal skills. Stand for long periods up to 12 hours and be able to stoop or crawl in confined spaces. Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds. Qualifications Education: AS, AAS in electronics or related industrial engineering preferred; education can be satisfied by equivalent experience. Specific knowledge of maintenance functions required; minimum 8 years in semiconductor industry. AA degree in Electronics or related discipline and 5 years technical maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination acceptable. Minimum 5 years experience with the Photolithography area. Excellent verbal and written communication and problem‑solving skills. Solid understanding of SPC and FDC and ability to improve equipment performance based on these controls. Strong problem‑solving skills and excellent interaction/communication with Operations and Engineering personnel. Ability to interface with internal and external groups to ensure safety, performance, and reliability requirements are satisfied.
