Title Operations Manager

Leading a team of 6-10 closers and escrow officers, the full-time Title & Escrow Operations Manager will oversee the closing process from contract to disbursement, ensuring compliance and performance metrics are met while fostering a supportive team culture in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Directly manage team members through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews Own team KPIs and monitor pipeline health while serving as the senior escalation point for compliance issues Identify workflow friction and collaborate with Operations and Product teams to improve processes and documentation Required Qualifications 5+ years in title, escrow, settlement, or closing with 2+ years in a management role Hands-on experience across the full closing lifecycle from title to disbursement Strong knowledge of Federal and multi-state compliance regulations (RESPA, TRID, CFPB, BSA/AML) Proficiency in Qualia Experience in a fast-moving, remote, multi-state environment
