Account Executive Opportunity

Bulls Eye Recruiting is representing a growing regenerative medicine company focused on autologous adult stem cell banking. Our client partners with physicians and healthcare practices to provide patients with access to their own expanded and cryopreserved stem cells for potential future therapeutic use. As our client expands its national footprint, the company is adding 23 Account Executives to accelerate growth.

This is a hunter-oriented, consultative sales role for an experienced healthcare salesperson who enjoys creating new business, developing physician relationships and building a book of business. The Account Executive will own the sales process from initial prospecting through account development and growth. This is not a traditional account-management rolethe majority of your pipeline will be self-generated, with significant opportunity to build a new book of business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on physician, clinic and strategic partnership opportunities
• Generate the majority of your own pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship development
• Build trusted relationships with physicians, practice owners and healthcare decision-makers
• Conduct consultative discovery and communicate the clinical and business value of our client's platform
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close
• Represent our client at conferences, physician events, dinners and lunch-and-learns
• Onboard new practices and support staff education, patient adoption and account growth
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and follow-up through CRM
• Identify creative partnership opportunities, including sports/NIL, self-insured employers and distributors

Ideal background includes:

• 515 years of successful healthcare sales experience; 3+ years may be considered for an exceptional candidate
• Strong preference for experience selling directly to physicians, clinics or healthcare providers
• Background in medical device, biologics, regenerative medicine, orthopedics, pain management, aesthetics, functional/integrative medicine or a related healthcare environment
• Demonstrated history of self-sourced pipeline and new-account acquisition
• Proven track record of quota achievement and measurable sales production
• Consultative selling skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Strong CRM discipline, follow-through and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial, resilient and comfortable building a business with significant autonomy
• Existing physician, clinic or distributor relationships are a plus
