Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the connection between customers, service teams, and delivery operations. You'll coordinate service requests, schedule technicians, assist customers with questions, and ensure issues are resolved quickly and accurately. No advanced technical experience is required. We provide a comprehensive training program designed to set you up for success from day one.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers by phone regarding service requests, refills, deliveries, and account questions

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments

• Create and manage service tickets

• Support delivery and field service operations

• Resolve billing concerns and service-related inquiries

• Perform order entry and maintain accurate customer records

• Communicate with technicians and internal departments to ensure timely service

• Track service requests from start to completion

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Previous dispatch, logistics, scheduling, call center, administrative, or operations experience is helpful but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
