Key Responsibilities Greet walk-in customers and answer phones with a positive, professional attitude Assess customer needs, provide recommendations, prepare accurate estimates, and close sales Create work orders, process deposits/payments, and manage invoicing and billing Coordinate projects with design, production, and installation teams Communicate timelines, updates, and changes clearly to customers Follow up on quotes, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle any issues promptly Support marketing efforts (social media content, project photos, direct mail, etc.) Maintain an organized, welcoming front office and showroom Assist with general office tasks, quality control checks, and team support as needed Qualifications Previous customer service, sales, or administrative experience (sign/graphics industry experience is a plus but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Comfortable using Microsoft Office; willing to learn industry-specific software (POS, CRM, design tools) Ability to multitask and stay positive in a busy environment Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certifications preferred Experience in the sign, graphics, printing, or marketing industry Familiarity with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar) Experience with CRM systems, POS software, or project management tools Proven sales track record (especially consultative or solution-based selling) Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and visual communication Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr Signarama Silver Spring
