LiveNation is seeking a motivated and reliable seasonal dishwasher/porter to join our backstage catering team at our lively amphitheater. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while supporting our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:
- Dishwashing and sanitation: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by efficiently washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Ensure all areas are clean and sanitized according to health regulations.
- Kitchen support: Assist kitchen staff during meal prep between service periods. Help with organizing ingredients, prepping vegetables, and ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked and ready for service.
- Waste management: Help implement eco-friendly practices, including proper disposal and recycling of waste, to support our sustainability initiatives.
- Inventory assistance: Assist with inventory management, ensuring all supplies are available for the kitchen staff to function efficiently.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, contributing to a positive and productive environment.
- Food safety compliance: Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety standards. Current food handler's card is required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A passion for supporting culinary operations and contributing to a successful team.
