Job Description: Float: Possibly - will be discussed in interview. Weekends? Yes - This unit covers a Tuesday-Saturday schedule every week from 8 - 4:30

Required Certs: BLS, CA License

Required Skills: Neuro, ortho, outpt clinic, assistive devices, body mechanics, LTAC, pain assessment, vitals, documentation - assessment, discharge, eval, long term goals, POC

Required Exp: 2 years, 1:9 pt ratio, will consider 1 year if within desired specialty. Preferred Exp: Charge exp

Additional Unit Information: This outpatient PT position treats neuro and ortho diagnosis.

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Do not redirect or decline therapy travelers unless submitted to wrong discipline. Please screen for any missing skills or experience.

2 Supervisor references preferred

Candidates will float within hospital when needed (please refer to JD for specifics by specialty)

No Specific Charting Experience Required

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer

Any Permanent Employee must be gone for at least 6 months

Labs must be completed labs 48-72 hours from signing

Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 7.25 hrs. Modules are completed during orientation and factored in NBO Modules are tracked through e-learning during orientation
