This role owns end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for salaried field positions across the Texas region, ensuring that each new location is staffed with high-quality leaders aligned to operational timelines.This individual will partner closely with the Market Directors, Operations, Field Marketing, and Training teams to deliver a seamless hiring and onboarding experience while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience.The Impact you will MakeLead full-cycle recruitment for all salaried field roles across the Texas marketAlign hiring plans to new store opening timelines, ensuring roles are opened, tracked, and filled in advance of operational readinessPartner with Senior Leadership and Stakeholders to understand evolving talent needs and proactively build pipelinesTrack all upcoming new store openings and backwards plan hiring milestonesEnsure all salaried roles are filled in alignment with construction, training, and launch schedulesMaintain accurate visibility into hiring progress and risksTeam LeadershipOversee and manage recruiters (contract and full-time) supporting salaried hiring in TexasSet clear expectations, monitor performance, and ensure consistency in recruiting standards and candidate experienceProvide coaching and direction to ensure high productivity and quality of hireStakeholder CollaborationPartner cross-functionally with Field Marketing for employer brand and candidate attraction strategiesPartner with Area Training Partners to coordinate onboarding and orientation logisticsPartner closely with Operations leadership to proactively align on hiring needs tied to new store openings, ramp timelines, and ongoing staffing gapsDrive a seamless, end-to-end candidate experience by managing the transition from interview through offer, hiring, and orientation.Establish and lead weekly touchpoints with Operations Leaders to maintain strong alignment on staffing levels, hiring progress, and evolving workforce needsProcess Excellence & Systems ManagementUtilize the Paradox applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, communications, and hiring workflowsEnsure adherence to recruiting SOPs and standardized processesMaintain and update internal development dashboards to reflect accurate hiring status and new hire dataCandidate Experience & QualityChampion a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptanceEnsure timely communication, strong follow-through, and a high-touch approachMonitor recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes to enhance speed and qualityWhat You Bring to the Table8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on salaried or field leadership hiringExperience supporting high-growth, multi-unit, or new market expansion environments (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred)Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentExperience managing recruiters or recruiting teamsStrong organizational, project management, and communication skillsFamiliarity with ATS systems (experience with Paradox preferred)Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong execution skillsStrong collaborator who builds trust with cross-functional partnersResults-driven with a focus on both speed and quality of hireCommitted to delivering an exceptional candidate experienceAdditional RequirementsTravel required, Ability and willingness to travel to locations support business needs within multiple markets in TexasPay Range: $115,000-$135,000Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located.
