Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a private group in Northwest/West Houston to recruit a new Gastroenterologist. The team is growing and expanding. Currently have 3 clinics and plan to add a few more within the year. Seeking someone with an interest in being part of a private practice vs. being hospital employed. This is a traditional practice with an outpatient focus, while still providing some inpatient service. Practice details Seeking board-certified or eligible Gastroenterologists Traditional practice with 1:4 call (APPs cover the majority of 1st call responsibility) Typical schedule 1/2 day clinic and 1/2 day procedures Opportunity for research and clinical trials 18 months to partnership - clearly defined pathway 500K guarantee plus productivity Paid Malpractice - occurrence-based Retirement 30+ days off annually CME plus allowance Sign-on and relocation allowance offered with hospital support Incoming provider will split time between a few clinics - Cypress/Katy/Tomball Location: Living in Northwest or West Houston offers an appealing mix of suburban comfort and big-city access, making it especially attractive for families and professionals alike.
