Primary Care Key Responsibilities:

• Manage approximately 12-20 patients daily in an outpatient environment.

• Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with No on-call duties .

• This position is not remote; it is eligible for on-site telehealth only (virtual consultations via video or phone).

• Available locations include Lafayette, Leesville, and Natchitoches, LA.

• Protected administrative time is provided.

• Access to Clinical Pharmacists and Clinical Psychologists at each site.

• Potential eligibility for the Education Debt Reduction Program (up to $200,000 over five years).

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: $230,000 - $265,000.

• Generous Paid Time Off: 50-55 days annually, which includes 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, and 11 paid Federal holidays.

• Retirement Benefits: Includes a traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and a federal 401K with contributions of up to 5% from the organization.

Preferred Experience:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen; non-citizen applicants may be considered if no suitable U.S. Citizen is found.

• Possess a current, full, active, and unrestricted medical or surgical license in any U.S. State, Territory, or Commonwealth, including the District of Columbia.
