Job Description:At Main Event, Dining Hosts guide Guests through their dining experience and support the overall experience of our dining room and bar area. As a Dining Host, you will greet and seat guests and provide constant communication with servers, server assistants, and managers. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)Welcome and greet all dining guests while gathering details about their visit (First impressions are everything!)Perform table management and keep the waitlist updatedSeat the Guests or hand them off to another hostCommunicate with Servers and Guests, using table touches, to ensure a seamless experience.Thanking our Guests for coming and welcoming them backPerforming opening, mid-day, or closing dutiesPOSITION REQUIREMENTSPrior food and beverage experience a plus but not requiredGuest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)Food Handlers Certification, as requiredStrong problem-solving and multi-tasking skillsCan effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and GuestsAttention to detail and comfort in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to workdays, nights and/or weekendsPERKS!Main Event Team Members are expected to give their best on the job, so we do our part to ensure that you have what you need to stay motivated, valued, and embrace living your best life!Awesome culture that’s inclusive, rewarding, and FUN!50% off food, beverages, activities, and unlimited gameplay!Tuition Reimbursement Program (yes, please!)We help others grow!
