Hospice RN Ratios: Avg. daily census 8-16 Points per day/week: How are points broken down? "We use a daily point system 5.2 is our productivity. This could be 5 labs/lines, 1 start of care oasis 2 labs/lines, each different visit is waited for what they are doing." Years of experience REQ: 1 year of experience required (1 year Hospice in home health or inpatient setting or 1 year ED, ICU or critical care experience) First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Weekend REQ: Every other Certs REQ: BLS Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? N Locals accepted: (Y/N) No, home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility Territory/County covering: Territory mileage radius? 40-80 miles. Mileage reimbursed? Mileage will be reimbursed @ $0.55/mile. Pending License accepted: (Y/N) Y RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks.
