Overview CRNA / Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at UW Medical Center Montlake, Seattle. | Full-time opportunity with a sign-on bonus for eligible new employees joining UW Medicine. Responsibilities Provide full-service anesthesia care for all levels of acuity and patients. Collaborate with the surgical staff team to ensure best practices. Operate under the administrative supervision of the Chief CRNA and the clinical supervision of the Chief of Anesthesiology and Pain Management. Work as an adjunct member of the medical staff; no on-call requirements and no weekends or night shifts as described. Requirements Have/obtain a Washington state Registered Nurse license and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license to practice. Prescriptive authority. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification. Completion of an accredited CRNA educational program and national certification. Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $10,000.00/yr – $275,664.00/yr (as referenced in the job description). $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible new employees joining UW Medicine; $5,000 Relocation Bonus.
