Job Description Family/Adult Physician opening in Kentucky Located in Lancaster, 23m to Richmond All sites are Federally Qualified Health Care Centers. The facility is a community health center offering medical, dental, pharmacy, and behavioral health services in an integrated setting. Clinic proudly practices team based care embedding health educators in the clinical care teams to support patient education, self-management support, and case management needs. Additionally, we have modified a process used by Kaiser to support our physicians in completing patients preventative health needs. The practice has used an electronic health record since 2005.Work schedules are flexible to support a work life balance. Most physicians work either four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts; however, the practice offers other options in order to support each providers personal goals.Salary and Benefits.
