We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations on either our 7:00am–3:30pm or 2:30pm–11:00pm Monday–Friday shift, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient freight scheduling, and smooth inbound/outbound logistics.

How You Create Impact

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight scheduling with the Traffic Manager to support warehouse operations.
• Verify accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents, counts, and required labels or tickets.
• Maintain proper dock security and oversee pallet control and exchange activities.
• Collect, organize, and route all documentation related to inbound and outbound freight.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and operate forklifts or material-handling equipment as needed.
• Comply with OSHA, MSDS, and all safety standards while supporting efficient shipping and receiving workflows.

What We Would Like You To Bring

• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment of at least one (1) year.
• Must be detail oriented, thorough and accurate
• Ability to efficiently solve problems
• Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
• Must be organized
• Experience with personal computers
