They specialize in both commercial and industrial construction, including work in the energy/solar space, and are known for their self-perform capabilities in concrete, masonry, carpentry, and demolition. Job Description The Assistant Project Manager will support the execution of commercial and industrial construction projects, working directly alongside Project Managers and company leadership. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing projects from preconstruction through closeout Support budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination Help manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project for tracking and reporting Coordinate with field teams and assist with site visits as needed Work closely with leadership and gain exposure to full project lifecycle This is a highly hands‑on role with clear visibility into becoming a Project Manager. The Successful Applicant 3-5 years of experience with a commercial general contractor Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project Strong organizational and communication skills Desire to further career as a Project Manager Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field Team player with a positive and driven attitude Has interest to estimate change orders, pay apps, etc. but does not need to be able to bid projects from scratch.
