Integrations Support Engineer 5 - Ads Data Clean Room

About the Role Ads Integration Engineering team at Netflix is focused on accelerating product adoption by providing seamless, repeatable integration paths with external partners and platforms. Responsibilities Build a deep understanding of the Netflix Ads Stack and serve as a platform expert. Drive the end‑to‑end integration lifecycle including implementation, configuration, and validation. Act as the voice of the customer and primary technical point of contact for external partners. Provide hands‑on technical support for integrations, including launch monitoring and stability. Act as the internal quarterback for critical incidents and manage communication during outages. Contribute to integration‑specific code changes in collaboration with SWE teams. Qualifications Ad Tech & Tech Proficiency – Deep experience in digital media or ad tech, hands‑on work with data clean rooms, measurement partners, DSPs/SSPs/Creative Ad Servers. Data Clean Room (DCR) Knowledge – Implementation knowledge of DCR technologies such as Snowflake, AMC, Ads Data Hub and privacy‑first audience activation strategies. Programming – Proficiency in Java or Python and advanced SQL knowledge for data preparation, log‑level data handling, and debugging. API Mastery – Extensive experience implementing, troubleshooting, and debugging REST APIs using tools like curl or Postman. Cloud Architecture – Deep understanding of at least one public cloud computing platform. Code Comprehension – Ability to read and debug code to contribute minor, integration‑specific changes. Technical Support & Client Training – Hands‑on experience providing technical support, resolving blockers, and performing system validation for successful integration launches. Emerging Technology – Experience leveraging AI tools for support, documentation, and integration. Platform Mastery & Curiosity – Curiosity and ability to rapidly build deep understanding of the Netflix Ads Stack to guide partners and internal teams. Technical Translation – Proven ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical plans. Partner Advocacy – Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to represent partner needs internally. Strategic Problem Solving – Ability to navigate technical ambiguity to identify efficient solutions aligned with product vision. Compensation Annual salary range: $270,000 – $410,000.
