Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Auto Offer position) Location: Kansas City, KS Start Date: 10/05/2026 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights | 3x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Requirements: Minimum 3 years of ER experience Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted BLS, ACLS, and PALS required TNCC preferred Epic experience preferred Strong adult and pediatric ER experience Experience with emergency medications, IV starts, and 12-lead EKGs Trauma, cardiac, respiratory, neuro, behavioral health, and general emergency experience Additional Details: 8-bed ED with average daily census of 60 Patient ratio: 1:8 Patient population: Infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics Weekend coverage required; varies based on staffing No call required Must float to other community hospital ER units and may float between departments/facilities Local candidates not accepted; must live at least 75 miles from the facility Maximum 7 days of RTO COVID vaccine not required Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions accepted Epic charting 3422501 About Bestica We are a trusted provider of solutions in Information Technology and Healthcare sectors to the DoD, Federal and Commercial markets.
