Employment Litigation Associate Attorney (3–6 Years) – OSHA & Workplace Safety | Am Law Firm | Chicago, IL | Partner‑Track Position. We are a nationally recognized Am Law firm seeking an associate with a focus on OSHA compliance, workplace safety enforcement, and related litigation. The role offers experience with complex regulatory matters and high‑stakes disputes in a well‑established practice. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on OSHA and MSHA compliance, enforcement, and regulatory matters. Represent employers in workplace safety investigations and related litigation. Manage on‑site inspections and interact directly with regulatory agencies. Conduct depositions, handle discovery, and draft motions in employment litigation matters. Support whistleblower defense cases and related proceedings. Collaborate with legal teams to develop litigation and compliance strategies. Provide practical, business‑oriented legal advice to clients across industries. Handle multiple complex matters while maintaining strong attention to detail. Qualifications 3–6 years of experience as an Employment Litigation Attorney or Labor & Employment Associate Attorney. Experience with OSHA, MSHA, environmental, or whistleblower matters preferred. Strong litigation experience, including depositions, discovery, and motion practice. Illinois Bar required or eligibility to obtain admission. Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills. Ability to manage complex regulatory and litigation matters effectively. Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal communication skills. Education & Certifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in Illinois or eligibility to obtain admission.
