Endocrinology Physician – Independent Practice Physician (Ownership Model, Not Employed) MedCBO, Inc is a Colorado-based healthcare infrastructure company that empowers independent physician groups across the United States to launch, manage, and scale their practices. We are seeking an Endocrinology Physician who wishes to own and operate an independent medical practice while receiving structured operational support for non‑clinical functions. Job Responsibilities Provide patient care within the specialty scope of endocrinology. Develop professional relationships and engage within the medical community. Determine the clinical services offered by the practice. Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Coordinate with MedCBO on payer credentialing as required. MedCBO – Administrative Support Provided Practice formation coordination. Revenue cycle management, coding, and payer contracting support. EHR, technology platform, telehealth, and clinical workflow systems. Credentialing, enrollments, and facility privileging coordination. Accounting, financial reporting, and practice financial infrastructure. HR administration, staffing workflows, and compliance support. Supply chain and vendor coordination. Requirements MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the services offered. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. No prior business ownership experience required. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location Multiple U.S. markets are available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is not a salary and is generated by the physician‑owned practice.
