Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.Position SummarySeeking a Senior Analyst to join the Group Medicare Advantage Actuarial team to assist with Part C analysis & pricing.More specifically, this role will be responsible for the following:Updating assumptions used in pricing Part CMaintaining existing portfolio view reportingSupporting plan sponsor experience refund reconciliations and UW data/reporting needsCollaborating with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing opportunities for both new business and renewal businessRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree along with 3+ years related experiencePrior healthcare experienceExperience working with large and detailed data setsPreferred QualificationsStrong communication and collaboration skillsSolid technical, analytical, and creative problem-solving skillsBe organized, data driven, statistically minded and demonstrate an attention to detailBe self-motivated, intellectually curious with a desire to continuously improve processesBe adaptable as business needs and priorities evolveFamiliarity with Medicare Part C and/or Group pricingEducationBachelor's degree or higher in actuarial science or related fieldAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$79,310.00 - $158,620.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
