Physical Therapist - Full Time

Role Overview We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for a home health setting, providing patient care in patients' homes. The role involves helping patients improve mobility, manage long-term conditions, and recover from injuries. Responsibilities Include Delivering patient-centered care to enhance movement and well-being. Managing a mobile, field-based schedule, requiring independence and effective time management. Driving between patient locations, with the opportunity to make a measurable impact on health outcomes. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) from an accredited institution. Active State License required. BLS Certification may be necessary.
