Salary:

FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $23.66 per hour.

Work Schedule:

Position availability is for 2nd shift  (3:30 PM to 12:00 AM) . Flexibility may be required to support production needs, including occasional overtime.

Your responsibilities:

Reporting to the Supervisor, the machine operator will be responsible for:

• Preparing packaging materials for filling,
• Performing basic packaging inspection to eliminate product contamination,
• Operating filling equipment, connect/disconnect hoses, filling and packaging finished product into small bottles to large totes/bins.
• The job requires safe and efficient use of a fork truck to move pallets between buildings / locations, stack pallets of packaging containers, etc.
• Inside and outside cleanup of buildings and equipment will be also part of this position.
• Training will also include preparing orders for shipping, loading/ offloading trailers, sweeping out trucks, ensuring correct paperwork and records are maintained and communicated on shipments being loaded as well as on containers materials/raw materials unloaded

Qualifications we are looking for:

• At least a high school education or equivalent
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
• Must be able to lift minimum of 55lbs
• Forklift and pallet jack experience a plus
• Safety conscious
