We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with hands‑on manual therapy experience to join our premier team of Fascial Counterstrain therapists. Qualifications Education: Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT, MS, BS) or an Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program. Licensure: Active State of Virginia Physical Therapist or PTA License (or eligible to obtain). Experience: Demonstrated experience in manual therapy techniques. Clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics and musculoskeletal rehabilitation preferred. Prior experience or classes in Fascial Counterstrain ( is a major plus, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. Responsibilities For PTs: Evaluate patients, diagnose dysfunctions, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. For PTAs: Implement, progress and advance established treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PT. Hands-on Care: Provide high-quality, hands-on manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, joint mobilization, and neuromuscular re-education. Patient Education: Empower patients through education on their condition and home exercise programs to ensure long-term success utilizing therapeutic exercises, and functional rehabilitation.
