Recruitment Package

Two-year guaranteed salary floor + production incentive & bonus potential
Sign-on bonus
Long-Term Incentive (Choose One): Educational loan assistance over five years OR retention bonus over three years, beginning under a subsequent agreement
Monthly stipend available during fellowship
CME and relocation reimbursement
Generous time off: 30 days annually (with increases over time), 5 CME days, and 8 holidays
