Job Title: Stepdown/IMC/PCU | RN - Registered Nurse

Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PCU experience; BLS & ACLS

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for patients in a highly acute, complex hospital unit.
• Manage patients requiring chest tubes, trauma care, tracheostomy care, and suction.
• Monitor and utilize unit equipment, including ventilators, feeding pumps, IV pumps, wound vacs, specialty beds, suction, and chest tubes.
• Collaborate with charge nurses, nursing staff, technicians, and physicians to support patient care.
• Document and coordinate patient care using Meditech/CPN.
