Your Role: More Than a Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader, you’re the heartbeat of the restaurant during your shift. You set the tone, guide the team, and create the kind of environment where both employees and guests feel welcome.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with Positivity: Create an uplifting, respectful environment where your team can thrive

• Inspire Your Team: Coach, support, and recognize crew members to help them grow

• Own the Shift: Ensure smooth operations and strong performance from start to finish

• Deliver Excellence: Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)

• Build a Family Atmosphere: Foster teamwork, trust, and a sense of belonging

• Support Development: Train and mentor team members for future leadership roles

• Ensure Safety & Standards: Keep both guests and employees safe while following procedures

• Create Great Guest Experiences: Turn everyday visits into memorable moments

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for leaders who care about people as much as performance.

• Must be 18 years or older

• Previous leadership experience is a plus (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)

• Strong communication and people skills

• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

• Someone who leads by example with integrity and respect

• A desire to grow into higher leadership roles
