This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a lean, high-performing team focused on investing in category-defining companies and building long-term relationships with some of the world's most prominent institutional investors.The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in investor relations, institutional fundraising, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, along with exceptional organizational skills and financial acumen.This individual will play a critical role in strengthening relationships with existing limited partners (LPs), identifying new institutional investors, supporting significant co-investment opportunities, and helping drive the firm's continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and strengthen relationships with institutional limited partners, including pension funds, university endowments, sovereign wealth funds, and other major investors.Prepare and deliver portfolio performance updates, investment presentations, and communications to existing LPs.Identify, source, and develop relationships with prospective institutional investors to support fundraising initiatives.Support the structuring, financial modeling, and execution of large-scale co-investment opportunities and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), including transactions valued in the hundreds of millions.Collaborate closely with investment professionals across seed, growth, and late-stage investment opportunities.Develop investor-facing materials, financial analyses, presentations, and reporting packages.Maintain and optimize CRM systems to track investor relationships, fundraising activity, communications, and investment opportunities.Coordinate multiple investor initiatives, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.Contribute to investor relations strategies designed to expand the firm's institutional investor network.QualificationsExperience in investor relations, institutional fundraising, capital raising, placement agency, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or management consulting.Professional background with a highly regarded venture capital or private equity firm, leading investment bank, elite boutique investment bank, or top-tier management consulting firm.Bachelor's degree from a highly regarded university, with a strong academic background.Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, particularly related to co-investments, investment structures, and SPVs.Experience managing investor relationships, CRM platforms, and fundraising pipelines.Strong understanding of investment strategies, portfolio performance, and institutional capital markets.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Preferred QualificationsDirect experience fundraising from institutional limited partners, including pension funds, endowments, and sovereign wealth funds.Experience preparing investor presentations, portfolio updates, investment memoranda, and LP reporting materials.Familiarity with venture capital fund structures, co-investment vehicles, and institutional fundraising processes.Established relationships within the institutional investment community.
