Class A Truck Driver
Trillium Drivers is now seeking CDL Class A Truck Drivers in Merrillville, IN for a temp-to-hire opportunity!
Pay rate is $304/day. Schedule is Monday-Friday. No weekend work! This is third shift starting at 6:30 PM, 10-11 Hours per day, 4 stops per night.
Position Overview: -Delivering to automotive dealerships. -Unloading auto parts utilizing a lift gate, pallet jack, rolling cages, and hand deliver loose parts. -Drivers will encounter some tighter areas and should be confident of their skills. -Operating the company vehicle safely and responsibly. -Ensure product is secure within the trailer. -Complete all necessary paperwork.
Miscellaneous: -Hazmat Endorsement is required. -Time sensitive deliveries that require precise coordination, real-time tracking, and contingency planning to ensure deadlines are met without delays.
Qualifications: -Valid CDL Class A License. -At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience. -Valid DOT Medical Card. -Clean MVR. -Ability to pass pre-employment screenings. -Clean Criminal Background. -No Clearinghouse violations. -Must have Hazmat Endorsement.
