Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide rehabilitative care under physician supervision. The role involves assisting with patient treatment plans, documenting clinical notes, and supporting therapy sessions to promote patient recovery.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Conduct patient assessments and implement treatment plans according to physician directives.
  
  
• 
  Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility activities, and modalities.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
  
  
• 
  Maintain proper equipment calibration and cleanliness during therapy sessions.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care quality.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Active PTA license in the respective state.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in physical therapy, preferably in outpatient or rehabilitative settings.
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  Flexibility to work day shifts as scheduled.
