Infant Lead Teacher

Our high-quality, home-like classrooms nurture children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age. As a Lead Teacher, you will create and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based curricula that support children’s growth across all domains—intellectual, social-emotional, physical, and language.Guided by Constructivist Theory and child-led play, you’ll work collaboratively with families and a passionate team to co-create meaningful learning experiences tailored to each child’s needs.QualificationsAssociate Degree in Early Childhood Education; Bachelor Degree preferredStrong communication and classroom management skillsPassion for equity, inclusion, and building strong family partnershipsWhy You'll Love Working with UsAt Learning Grove, your professional growth is just as important as the growth of the children you serve.
