JBS Carriers is a leading multi-state and regional truckload carrier specializing in refrigerated and non-refrigerated freight, including live haul (cattle, hogs and poultry), tankers, container chassis and grain hoppers. We offer well-paying regional truck driving opportunities with weekly home time, outstanding benefits, and lots of extras. Specialized dedicated truck drivers earn $3,200 per week (split pay)!
Newly Increased Pay of $3,200 Per Week (Split Pay) For Teams!!
Driver Pay Rates:
- Team drivers earn $160,000 - $166,000 per year (split pay)
- Earn $3,200 per week (split pay)
- Detention pay of $16.50 per hour
- Layover pay of $16.50 per hour
- Breakdown pay of $16.50 per hour
- Paid lumpers (no driver unloads unless they choose to)
- Eligible for monthly safety bonus

CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
- Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience
- Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
