Sanford Health is seeking an RN Diabetes Educator to deliver expert education and support to patients living with or at risk for diabetes. In this role, you will assess learning needs, design individualized and group education plans, and coach patients on glucose monitoring, medication and insulin use, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, document outcomes, and contribute to quality and community initiatives in a patient-centered, mission-driven environment with strong professional development resources.
