About the Role

Key responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, championing a customer-centric culture, implementing innovative processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading leadership development and training. Applicants for the VP of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior operational role within a veterinary setting, with a proven track record in multi-location management. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
