Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a current Massachusetts license. This is a LPN position in the VNA Nursing(CV9415) (SO00001987) Unit. You must have a Nursing License and at least 2 years of recent Home Health US nursing experience as a LPN - Home Health. Qualifications

• At least 2-years total experience in your specialty
• Current BLS and/or ACLS (AHA Preferred) and/or Specialty Certifications
• Active Nursing License per state
