Clinical Pharmacist

A leading acute care healthcare organization is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join its overnight pharmacy team. This position offers an excellent work-life balance with a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, providing extended time off between rotations while working in a collaborative hospital environment. About the Role The Clinical Pharmacist will play a key role in ensuring safe and effective medication management, supporting patient care teams, and performing both unit dose and sterile IV compounding responsibilities. Responsibilities Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with hospital policies Perform sterile IV admixture and compounding Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams Promote medication safety and regulatory compliance Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharm) or higher Active Delaware Pharmacist License or ability to obtain 1-3 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred Experience with sterile IV compounding and unit-dose distribution Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Required Skills Experience with sterile IV compounding Experience with unit-dose distribution Strong clinical judgment Strong attention to detail Preferred Skills 1-3 years of hospital pharmacy experience Pay range and compensation package Competitive pay: $55-$83 per hour Additional overnight shift differential $5,000 relocation assistance Delaware | 7-On / 7-Off Schedule | Relocation Assistance Available Full-time overnight position 7 days on / 7 days off schedule Sunday-Thursday: 9:30 PM - 7:30 AM Friday-Saturday: 9:15 PM - 8:00 AM Location Located in Delaware, this opportunity offers access to coastal attractions, major metropolitan areas, and a lower cost of living than many neighboring markets, making it an attractive option for healthcare professionals seeking both career growth and quality of life.
