Occupational Therapist

We seek a licensed Occupational Therapist in Nebraska to provide skilled occupational therapy services. The role involves evaluating and treating patients to improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Strong communication and adherence to professional standards are essential. American Heart Association's BLS certification is required upon hire. Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs.
• Adhere to facility policies and professional standards of practice.

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Nebraska.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Experience in acute care or hospital settings.
• Additional certifications related to occupational therapy specialties.

• Performance expectations are monitored; contracts may be terminated if standards are not met.
• Must comply with facility policies and maintain professional licensure and certifications.

• Work schedule and shift assignments will be determined by facility needs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
