You will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing complex compensation plans, as well as a deep understanding of data analytics and reporting. US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Design, build, and deploy sales compensation programs and data strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead data strategy to ensure precise crediting, governance, and technical escalation resolution.
• Manage incentive compensation requirements and automate inefficient workflows to optimize operations.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cross-functional collaboration for smooth program launches.
• Evaluate program performance, provide strategic guidance to sales leadership, and apply industry best practices.
