Full Stack Developer

Salary: $96,700 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• Hands-on production experience with Classic ASP/VBScript, ASP.NET, React, C#, and GitHub
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, jobs, and database design
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Integration Services (SSIS) for reports and automated data imports
• JavaScript, jQuery, and React experience for front-end development
• RESTful API design and integration experience
• SSO implementation and certificate management experience, using SAML, Shibboleth, or similar technologies
• IIS and Windows Server administration experience, including SFTP
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and specifications through development, testing, deployment, and support
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly
• Preferred: Node.js or other modern React frameworks; legacy application modernization; WAF configuration, MFA, and penetration test remediation; Guidewire integrations; or P&C insurance and claims experience, especially total loss taxes and fees or state regulatory rules
• Accurate, transparent, process-disciplined, organized, flexible, security-minded, and responsive when working with clients and vendors
• Willingness to accept feedback, document work, flag blockers promptly, and use AI tools in development
• Must reside and work in the United States and be available during core US business hours for same-day incident and client escalation response
• Willingness to pass a background check and follow data access, credential, and security policies

• Own production incident response across all products, diagnose and resolve issues such as 500 errors and failed scheduled jobs, and track incidents through resolution
• Write programming specifications for issues and carry them through release; manage code deployment and release processes
• Maintain UAT documentation, contribute to infrastructure discussions, and ensure fixes go through QA
• Update Total Loss taxes and fees monthly, program future-dated changes and state rules, and investigate vendor rate issues
• Set up clients, maintain vehicle types and categories, manage selected user access, and maintain address validation, form letters, and Notice to Owner PDFs
• Securely rotate vendor credentials, prepare client tax and fee reports, explain calculation logic, and support billing setup and inquiries
• Prepare for annual penetration tests, implement remediation, maintain MFA reporting, investigate SSO gaps, evaluate Shibboleth upgrades, and complete the WAF rollout
• Onboard Compliance customers using the established checklist
• Install and maintain SSO across products, renew certificates, coordinate rollouts, and manage SFTP and Guidewire integrations for Audit and Auto Liability
• Review and prioritize enhancement requests with the Account Manager; manage intake, mockups, approvals, reviews, development, and release
• Develop project timelines and keep enhancement work on schedule
• Help select technologies for modernizing legacy products, collaborate on redesigns, write specifications, and build solutions with the development team
• Work directly with carrier clients on technical matters, mentor assigned team members, and attend meetings as needed
• Document code, specifications, procedures, state rules, and client configurations; communicate status and blockers clearly

(Claim Toolkit), a provider of software used by enterprise property and casualty carriers across the US and Canada for claims audit, compliance, total loss, and auto liability. We are hiring a full-time Full Stack Developer to own our production applications and help modernize legacy Classic ASP systems. You will work with a small internal team and an external development partner, with broad scope to design, build, test, and release solutions across four product lines: Total Loss, Compliance, Audit, and Auto Liability. This is a fully remote, US-based role with an annual salary range of $96,700–$130,000.
