Collaborate with attorneys, support staff, and firm members. Requirements Over eight years of experience in civil litigation, real estate, or equivalent fields. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work accurately and productively. Proactive relationship development in the industry. Preferred knowledge of TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA. Experience in appellate practice is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar License in the state of MI (required). Multiple licenses are a plus.
