Are you a Process/Manufacturing Engineer looking to step into a lead role where you can drive manufacturing improvements and help shape the future of a rapidly expanding organization?

This organization is part of a larger group and is currently investing heavily in its operations, equipment, and processes. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing performance while helping lead continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

In this role, you will work across a number of CNC machines to program, improve production

flows, tooling paths, reliability and more. This will involve both manual and CNC machines.

The Role:

• Reporting to the Operations Manager to support and improve manufacturing processes

• Analyzing and optimizing workflows, equipment, and manufacturing methods

• Identifying and implementing cost, quality, and efficiency improvements

• CNC Programming

• Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm, with overtime available

The Person:

• Process or Manufacturing Engineer within a CNC Environment

• Ability to CNC Program

• Looking to take a lead role in a department
