Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Description: This position involves providing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role requires assisting individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. Duties include developing and implementing individualized care plans. The nurse will provide ongoing monitoring and support to patients throughout their recovery journey. Expected patient population includes individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic injuries among others. This position requires the ability to manage patient care efficiently in a 1:7 patient-to-nurse ratio. All staff are expected to prioritize the health, function, and quality of life of patients.
