The Opportunity

You'll serve as the sole anesthesia provider in a modern ambulatory surgery center in North Texas, delivering regional and general anesthesia across a variety of outpatient cases. This is a permanent 1099 position built around autonomy, clinical independence, and a schedule that gives you your life back - no call, no nights, no weekends, and consistent early-out days.

Your Day-to-Day

• Independently manage anesthesia care for outpatient surgical cases including orthopedics, spine, ENT, ophthalmology, and other ambulatory procedures
• Perform regional anesthesia techniques as a core part of your clinical practice
• Work in a predictable, low-acuity outpatient environment with a streamlined daily caseload
• Finish your day early on a consistent basis, with a schedule designed to support work-life balance

What We're Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible through NBCRNA
• Eligible for Texas CRNA licensure
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia preferred - training is available for candidates building this skill set
• Comfortable working independently as the primary anesthesia provider
