What You will Do... In this role, you will meet potential customers by appointment, prepare, present, and close new business, perform rodent and wildlife inspections and services of all kinds including bees, wasps, bedbugs, and fleas, diagnose and resolve wildlife and pest issues, diagram properties for treatment, read diagrams and explain diagrams, perform exclusion services, review and communicate contracts with customer and receive payment, and perform trap checks both snap and live. We Are Looking For...Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, etc.The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English Good oral and written communicationSolid attention to detailAvailability to work a flexible schedule (Monday - Friday, with the occasional Saturday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.)The ability to safely move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders to service out of the way area, and position yourself to conduct service under/around furniture, equipment, and tight spacesThe ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 poundsThe ability to work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditionsWhat we need from you...Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
