Production Manager - Bakery

Position: Bakery Manager Reports to: Plant Director We are looking for a Bakery Manager to join our Operations team at our Rossville Plant! Our Bakery Manager is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the production bakery! Opportunities We are looking to add a strong people leader to help us coach and develop our employees, improve existing and implement new processes, and build a great culture on the floor! You will have a hands‑on role working alongside the Plant Director, managing and developing production systems that increase productivity, quality, food safety, and efficiency! You must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment as there are lots of things on‑the‑go, including unforeseeable and changing priorities! However, you will get the opportunity to be heavily involved with improving our processes and ensuring we deliver quality products to our customers in a timely manner.
