We are a fun and flexible company to work with and look forward to potentially having you on the team!We are seeking a customer service focused key clerk at Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino & Resort in Murphy, NC. We provide first-class parking services and seek friendly, outgoing individuals with a desire to create a guest experience that exceeds all expectations. We provide valet parking services seven days a week.What your work will consist of:Interacting with guests and providing the hospitality and service required by the hotel.Multi-task and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environmentMaintain proper records of valet transactions.Accurately take payment for any services.Work collaboratively with the valet team and supervisors to ensure prompt service for the guests.Maintaining an immaculately clean valet room for appearance and safety.Ensure that appropriate service recovery measures are followed to ensure guest satisfaction with our services and employees.Perform ancillary duties as directed.Maintain professional appearance of yourself, your uniform and work area while on dutyRequirements:Must be 18 years or olderHigh school diploma or GED requiredSix months money handling and electronic cash register experience preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsMust be organized and able to handle multiple priorities at once12 Oaks is an equal opportunity employer. 12 Oaks does not discriminate based on race, religion, color, sex, national origin, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.All applicants must submit to and pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR (motor vehicle record) review.
