Emerson Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Adult Medical, General Surgery, and Oncology unit on Wheeler 5. As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize the nursing process to deliver high quality, evidence based care while supporting patients and families through every stage of treatment and recovery. Provide comprehensive, patient centered nursing care using the nursing process. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult medical, surgical, and oncology patients. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams. Ensure safe medication administration and adherence to clinical protocols. Educate patients and families to support recovery and ongoing care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Promote a safe, respectful, and healing environment for all patients.

Education: Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program required. Experience: Previous experience in Medical Surgical, Telemetry, or Orthopedic nursing preferred. Licensure and Certification: Current RN license in Massachusetts required. BLS certification required.

Strong organizational and time management abilities. Commitment to delivering high quality, patient centered care. Proficiency with electronic systems and basic computer applications.
