Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living We Are Hiring For The Following Shifts Day Shift - 7am to 3:30pm - 16 hour a week position available! Afternoon Shift - 3pm to 11:30pm - 16 hour a week position available! All positions include an every other weekend! Role Overview Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs. Education assistance, certification reimbursement and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library, designed to enhance your current skills and build new ones Compensation: Commensurate with years of experience as a certified CNA starting at $17.35 (not including shift premiums, etc.) How You Will Make An Impact Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs Assisting residents in activities of daily living Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter What You Will Need Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred Current CPR certification is preferred. Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working Must be at least 18 years of age Basic computer skills required.
