Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

We are actively recruiting a part time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support our outpatient imaging and operations. This role will primarily consist of covering contrast and IV access.

Position Responsibilities

• Monitor patients receiving contrast media and assess for adverse reactions.
• Perform peripheral IV (PIV) placement and establish vascular access for contrast administration, including power ports, power PICC lines, central lines, and temporary upper-extremity PIVs.
• Assess patients for contraindications to contrast administration.
• Collaborate with radiology technologists, radiologists, and other clinical staff to ensure safe and efficient imaging procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and provide high-quality care throughout diagnostic imaging.

Schedule

• Wednesdays and Thursdays 8am-5pm
• If interested in some weekend work, you can work that as well so long as schedule allows

Locations : West Deptford and Medford

Qualifications

• Current Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in the state of New Jersey required
• NCCPA certification for Physician Assistants or national board certification for Nurse Practitioners required
• BLS certification required
• Strong vascular access/IV placement skills required
• Experience performing vascular access procedures, including placement of power ports, power PICC lines, central lines, and temporary upper-extremity PIVs, is highly preferred .
• Prior radiology, outpatient imaging, infusion, urgent care, or procedural experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Range: $65-$75/hr based on experience
