Employees enjoy a detail-oriented and collaborative environment with support from experienced finance professionals.Key Responsibilities:Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting.Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with general ledger entries related to payroll.Prepare and file payroll tax reports and ensure timely payments.Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to resolve payroll-related issues.Support month-end and year-end close processes related to payroll.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2–4 years of experience in payroll accounting or general accounting.Strong understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, and accounting principles.Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Salary: $68,000 – $70,000 depending on experience Note: This role is 100% onsite
